## About the trend

In late October 2026, TikTok filled with AI videos of people rapping a grime freestyle straight to camera. They all start from the same clip: it's night, there's a crowd behind, and the rapper opens with "check one, check two", the line MCs use to test the mic before a set. The audio comes from a JME freestyle. JME is a London grime MC from Boy Better Know (BBK), which is why the template is known as the JME Rap Check 1 Check 2 filter. The AI versions keep the moves, the camera and the audio, and put someone new in the clip.

## How it works

1. Upload one photo of the person or pet you want in the video. A clear, front-facing photo from the chest up, with good light and nothing covering the mouth, works best.
2. Choose the quality: 480p or 720p.
3. Press Generate, and the video is ready in a few minutes. Download the 12-second 9:16 MP4 and share it on TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts.

Videos have no watermark and come with the audio built in. Finished videos are saved to My Assets, where they can be viewed, downloaded or deleted.

## Pricing

A 480p video uses 10 credits and a 720p video uses 20 credits. Credits are one-time purchases with no subscription, and they never expire.

- Starter: $9.90 for 10 credits
- Plus: $19.90 for 30 credits
- Pro: $29.90 for 50 credits

Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

- No template needed: no TikTok effect or CapCut template is required.

- Privacy: photos and videos are never published, shown to other users, or used in samples or marketing.
- Audio: the freestyle audio belongs to its rights holders and is included for personal sharing.
- Failed videos: if a video can't be generated, the credits are returned automatically. A photo that fails the safety check is not charged.
